- Text you enter into tools such as the Word Counter or Case Converter

2. How Our Tools Work
Client-side processing
The majority of NexToolz tools — including image compressors, PDF mergers, text tools, and developer utilities — are built using browser-native JavaScript. Your files are loaded into your browser's memory only and are never sent to any server. When you close or navigate away from a tool, your browser automatically releases the memory.
Server-side exception — SEO Analyzer
The SEO Analyzer tool requires our server to fetch the URL you submit, because browsers cannot directly crawl third-party websites. Only the URL you enter is sent to our server. The page content is returned to your browser for analysis and is not stored, logged, or retained by us in any form.
AI-powered tools — Text Summarizer
The Text Summarizer uses an external AI API (Google Gemini) to generate summaries. The text you submit is sent to Google's API for processing. We do not store this text on our servers. Please review Google's privacy policy before submitting sensitive content.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics.
NexToolz uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use our site, including pages visited, time spent, and traffic sources. This data is used to improve our website and understand user behavior.
